So,
I read a motivational fitness photo/thing that said
“The body you want is only 6 months away.”
Then it hit me. 6 months?? That’s no time at all!
Then I looked down at myself.
In less than 6 months I got to my goal weight of 140lbs. I shed 30lbs.
However, this summer I haven’t lost weight, because I’ve been losing muscle, and started growing in my body...
